The Uconnect system screen either goes black and stays that way or starts rebooting until at some point it restarts. The vehicle can be shutoff and restarted in some short time period with Uconnect restarting immediately. But it sometimes just quits when driving. It appears to then reboot on its own at some random time.

Loss of GPS and visible climate controls is a bad thing. Most of the time even if the thing is rebooting, the cameras work. This is not always true. The dealer put in a new radio and I don't know how many updates. Nothing has worked more than a few hours. So far we have spent no money on them looking at it. However, I have to drive 40 miles to get to the dealership. They will not say when they will get a new screen in which they claim will solve the problem. I am not holding my breath!

Have had problems with the 2019 Pacifica since the car had 777 miles on it. The radio which controls about the whole car does not work correctly. The first time it happened it shut off the whole dashboard & a voice came on that said call dealer immediately. We drove into the dealer in Mt Pleasant, Mi. and we were told then that they know about the problem. It has been hooked up to the dealership computer the tech came out & said they are having problems with these radios. It has been to the dealer several times without any solution. Nobody from the dealership or Chrysler has taken ownership of this problem that has been going on for over a year.
