At first, I thought it was just a bad pump. Now, since it happens at every single fuel pump we have tried, I know the vehicle capless filler is defective. Only way to get fuel into it is to squeeze trigger very, very slowly until triger ratchet activates at first notch, then wait 10 minutes for it to fill.
Not sure why they didn't just use a cap like all of our previous Chrysler vans. They need to fire the engineer that did that filler design and repair existing and new vehicles.
