The contact stated after turning off cruise-control the vehicle resumed normal operation. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA campaign number: 18V332000 (electrical system, vehicle speed control). The contact stated an unknown dealer was contacted to schedule an appointment for the repairs. The vehicle had not been diagnosed nor repaired as of yet. The manufacturer had been informed of failure and referred the contact to NHTSA. The failure mileage was approximately 27,200.
2018 Chrysler Pacifica limited. Consumer writes in regards to issues with active cruise control (acc). The consumer stated the acc was not reliable if the vehicle was on a slight incline or slight decline relative to the target vehicle. The dash does not show the presence of a vehicle ahead.
