The contact owns a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated that while her daughter was driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled. The contact stated there were no warning lights illuminated. The contact related to the failure NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V010000 (Electrical System, Hybrid Propulsion System) however, the VIN was not included. The vehicle was towed to the dealer; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
