Getting sharp Jerks when shifting gear there is problem in transmission, i have seen lot's of people are having same issue when i google & in youtube videos, customers are facing issues & company is taking fat profits & not providing any fix. Just have to keep reseting it that can last depending on your car usage.
2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Consumer writes in regards to electrical issues. The consumer stated the vehicle slams into gear. The transmission was replaced twice, but the failure recurred. There was a rattling noise under the driver's side. The vehicle failed to start leaving the driver and passenger's stranded.
The contact owns a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. While driving over 40 mph, the vehicle jerked. While the vehicle was idling at a traffic light or stop sign, an abnormal knocking sound was heard coming from the transmission. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (8675 commodity cir, orlando, fl 32819 (407) 351-9940) where it was diagnosed that the transmission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the repair did not correct the failure. The vehicle was taken back to the central Florida dealer, but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 33,000. The VIN was not available.
