This seat has been an issue since I purchased the vehicle. And I specifically bought the car to have the seats stow in the floor. A part to repair the seat was ordered by my dealership, but was not the right part. You can hear the seat trying to release but it will not.
Dealership says there is one mechanic in the US that knows how to fix it because he has helped them with an other vehicle. Either they did not write down the procedure or this mechanic has disappeared.
