When on cruise van accelerates on down hill grade and at 65 mph will go to 10 to 15 mph faster depending on grade severity and length on hill. Have owned 4 previous dodge or Chrysler vans did never experience this issue. It is really bad when a service department tells you it’s not right but a star case has been created. I paid $37000 for this vehicle and sure do not think it is worth it. I have purchased 8 new vehicles from this dealership over the las 12 years . I think this is the last Chrysler product I will own if you don’t show more effort to try fixing the problem. I also have legal benefits from where I am retired and if necessary I will use them.
