The problem we are having is the engine misses/chugs around 80 km and the engine light goes on. We are frustrated with this, because we had the same problem last year and the car dealership couldn't figure it out. They flushed the engine with engine cleaner and told us we should just deal the car, because the engines fail on Pacifica's which is why they don't make them anymore!! How fair is that? We still had a year to pay off the car!!
One year later, the car is paid off and the same thing is happening. We have a very trustworthy mechanic, and he can't figure it out. We're running injection cleaner through the gas tank to try and solve it. New spark plugs and a coil haven't helped. We want some action from Chrysler to fix our car properly without having us incurr anymore costs!!! We've been loyal Chrysler customers for years (13 out of our 15 vehicles have been Chryslers) but we'll never buy another one again if we can't get some satisfaction!
