The traction control & esp light both are on and stay on! So no traction control works anymore and neither does the electronic stability program, dealer originally diagnosed this as the clock spring in steering column, but when I went to get it fixed was told the replacement part was on recall with no idea when it would be available, original estimate for repair was $300 from what I understand this could cause air bags not to work, but even without that the other systems not working are a safety hazard!!! The part finally came available for a short period and the price now just for the part was like almost $700 but now it appears part may not be available again, I feel this should be a safety recall, from what I have read online this seems to be a common problem on this year of the vehicle, I think it is a problem if I can't even get the part to resolve the problem if the part stock was recalled then how about what was in the cars to begin with?????? We love this car it has been a great car with like no problems but this, I feel this should be recalled!!!!
