This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
I believe there is a problem with Chrysler Pacificas ABS system. I had a 2005 that after 7 attempts to correct the problem of the warning light staying on, Chrysler took the car back. I now have a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica that has already been serviced once for the ABS sensor being defective and it will be serviced again on Thursday for the same reason. ABS light stays lit. I have 18,000 miles on the 2006 and it will have been serviced twice for the same problem. It seems to me that this is an ongoing problem with this type of car. Have you any data on this problem.
