This vehicle has a popping sound which I have been told is the rocker arms but the frame is rusted I have replaced them and also fix the check engine light 4 times will not shut off

The car is not even 3 years old. I'm glad I bought an extended warranty. I brought the car in for an oil change and came out with $1000 estimate to replace the lower control arm bushing.
