Chrysler says I cause the problem because I am short and slide across the seat to get out of car. they want me to put the seat low to get out and raise the seat after I get in. the cover over wires is plastic. I am hoping enough people will complain so they will do a recall. this will cost me 200 to fix. chrysler says don't slide your butt a cross seat
