The side panel on the driver's seat was broken...dealer shoved back in place...then started falling off....attempts were made to "glue" into place....panels were replaced a couple of times...then promises were made for repairs...service department said it would not hurt anything for the the panel with the wire to just "hang there" ...We might have to start charging you, we cannot keep fixing this issue, we will call you...The side panel was broken or broke within a block of leaving parking lot after purchase. At 40,000 miles I stopped calling because they said they were busy and would call me! The car now has 61,000 miles! Will not visit this dealer again. Calls to Chrysler went unaddressed.
