All the idiot lights on dash start flashing on and then off when driving. Sometimes the car will either accelerate or slow down. The speedometer and fuel gauge goes up and down. If I slow down it sounds like the engine wants to quit. This has been happening for the last six months.
Looking online, this appears to be a common problem of PT CRUISER owners, yet I've never seen a recall. I have taken this car to the Chrysler dealership in San Leandro Ca.twice. Once they keep the car for over a week without even looking at it. They did a Diagnostics at $220.00 and no reading shows up. I was told, it appears to be an electrical issue. Nobody knows how to stop this dangerous problem. Not even the dealers. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER CHRYSLER PRODUCT AGAIN.
