I have my other complaints listed under head gasket and wheel bearing.
I found out I need $2900 in repairs, all told.
This was after I brought my car in for its first oil change after purchasing it.
Dealership says, your car's all set, and oh, your head gasket is leaking. Here's the cost to fix it. (Warranty ran out of course.)
Went to my local repair guys who said, "Yup, it's the head gasket, and yup, you were right, you need a new wheel bearing. And by the way, we noticed the bushings are completely worn out."
I'm paraphrasing of course. My guys have been very nice.
The dealership refused to do anything to help me.
Is the PT Cruiser just one huge design flaw? Why did I receive so many problems at once, and not even before driving it for four months, and not farther than 40 minutes from my home?
