The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler PT CRUISER. The contact had 3-D crystal angel stickers on the corner panel of her windshield for decorative purposes. She received a recall notice from the manufacturer for the corner panel windshield, stating that it needed to be replaced. She took her vehicle to the dealer and they stated that due to the 3-D angel stickers on her glass, they could not perform the recall repair. The contact believes that it is dangerous to not have a working windshield, and the dealer should follow through with their recall repair regardless of the stickers. The VIN and recall number were unknown. The current and failure mileages were 68,000.
