P.T. Cruiser went out of control after avoiding a deer. The air bags did not deploy when the car went off the road and flipped 3 times, causing driver to have severe injuries, including head trauma, pneumothorax, broken ribs, neck and shoulder injuries, body bruises and cuts. Driver had to be cut out of the car. Car speed was 50 miles per hour. Driver was in the hospital for 8 days, including 5 days in ICU. A police report was filed, and the car was towed by an authorized towing service. The car was totaled.
