While riding down I 95 on june 21, 2010. We heard a noise like a window was open ,but we were running the air conditioner and all the windows were closed. As I looked out at the side mirror I saw something fly out. I just couldn't believe my eyes. My rear right quarter window flew out. Short of a miracle no one was injured. The window hit the
car behind us fender and scratched his right front head light. I had the window replaced. My insurance had to pay the other driver $854.17 for repairs to his vehicle. I went to the Stone Mountain Chrysler-Jeep dealer to let them know what had happened. They promptly told me "Oh that model is not under recall!" Then I came back to the Chrysler dealer and spoke to the manager who told me that he would look into the problem. after he did his quote un quote investigation of the matter , he too told me that nothing can be done. Neither time did anyone ask was there any damages or injury. They just didn't care. I am glad no one was injured. They really did not deserve any such because they don't take responsibility for the cars.
