Vehicle: 2002 Chrysler PT CRUISER 1) no significant events. No accidents. No unusual usage. 2) the seat belt attachment, above the driver's left shoulder, fell out when I was buckling my seat belt. The bolt quite easily fell out, with almost no applied pressure. 3) Chrysler dealer reattached the bolt with a new nut.
