This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
The locking mechanism has failed on both front seats. Seat flings forward when auto slows throwing the passengers into the windshield. Warranty repair was a joke and was not covered according to dealership. Checked Chrysler homepage, but cannot not find other failures or recalls. If I have a wreck, I will be a fatality. Looked for duplicate seats in wrecked car, but cannot find. Seems strange that both seats would fail and no one else has reported trouble or there was no recall.
The defective child protection which is located at the hinge of the seatback is defective. It has 1 inch-wide opening, the child's finger got severed off.
