: the contact stated while adjusting the seating position of the front driver seat, the power adjust was inoperative. Upon initial inspection, the contact determined the mounting ball screw housing that connected the recliner function on the underside of the seat was fractured and the screw was loose. Although the dealer was notified, the manufacturer was not.
The vehicle was taken to the dealer to fix the seat bolt which was on recall. There is still a problem with the seat. The vehicle was taken to the dealer again which stated the seat needed a new recliner.
Vehicle's seat back reclining bolt experienced the same defect as stated in recall number 03 V 035 000. The consumer vehicle was not included due to VIN.
