: the contact stated while pulling into the driveway, at three to five mph, the vehicle suddenly accelerated and struck another vehicle parked in the driveway. The contact was wearing a seat belt, but it did not lock upon impact. The contact received minor injuries as a result of the seat belt failure. The frontal airbag failed to deploy. The police and manufacturer were not alerted.
Consumer's friend wrecked into a telephone pole with front impact, and both air bags did not deploy. Had not taken the vehicle to dealership. Did not contact manufacturer. Had not replaced air bags.
While traveling 40 mph and making a sudden stop as a result of an accident, hit a light pole, and air bag did not deploy. Manufacturer has been notified.
While driving 50mp, another vehicle pulled in front. The Lhs "T"-boned the other vehicle. Upon impact, neither air bags deployed. Driver/passenger sustained injuries & had emergency room treatment. Passenger suffered whiplash. Driver's chest suffered bruises. Vehicle towed to keith Ford & placed in storage. The insurance adjuster will be checking vehicle out.
While sitting still in vehicle, vehicle accelerated. Was put in park with foot on brake, wheels started spinning, and vehicle took off during a funeral procession. Hit three other cars. Driver injured. Both air bags deployed. Vehicle was totalled. Dealer aware of the problem.
