CarComplaints.com Notes: The Chrysler Crossfire has a nasty habit of having the back window fall out. While there are reports of this happening to every model year (2004-08), the 2005 has it worst. Naturally this problem tends to happen beyond the standard 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty leaving owners to pick up the tab along with the shattered pieces of glass.

- Chrysler 2005 Crossfire Ignition Key Won't Turn - The ignition can be inserted but will not turn to start car. Many noted this problem on the 2005 Crossfire. No solution because steering is locked when this occurred. Reported to NHTSA for action, no results although noted 12 complaints of same with No action. My Complaint # 11354368 is on file with NHTSA> concerned Serious Safety problem because steering is locked up and unable to start engine when required.
