If the air/heater won't come on, the windows will not roll up or down. The door locks will not work either to open the doors. This is a very annoying, serious problem. Can't roll down the windows when it's 109* or turn on the air conditioning, in winter, I can't heat the car or defrost the windows! This is an ongoing problem that I have taken to the 'Chrysler repair shop numerous times! Never can seem to fix the problems.

doesn't come on when engine is started- have to hit the key

in winter I cannot start the car and have the heater warm it up, unless the car in actually moving. If I stop for a light or traffic, the heater stops blowing warm air, just cold air. Same problem in the summer only with cold air, I have to hit the key into the ignition switch to make heater or air conditioner come on.
