While traveling from baltimore to burlington, vt the air bag warning light came on. I called the local dealer and it took several days for an appointment. After paying a $72 fee for a diagnosis, I was told the passenger air bag was inoperative due to an "electronic" failure, but parts were not available and had to be ordered and I am still driving with an inoperative air bag that when (and if) the part arrives will cost me several hundred dollars more to fix. I contacted the Chrysler hotline and was disappointed by what seemed indifference to safety issues like this.
