2002 Chrysler Concorde LXI was blowing cold air from the heater even with the controls set at manual Hi, temp outside 30 deg F took to Maple Ridge Chrysler, they changed thermostat and blew through hoses to check for obstruction all o.k.the charge was $ 559.33 Canadian, this did not fix the problem heater still blows cold air. I am not a mechanic but am reasonably mechanically inclined, and asked why they changed the thermostat when engine temp was at operating temp and both heater hoses were hot, I would have suspected the heater core or the blend door not the thermostat. Now they want another $ 1000.00 plus to change the heater core. I am totally fed up with this dealership the mechanic is supposed to be their best mechanic I said if he's the best I would hate to see the others.
