Car engine seized due to sludge build up. I've only had the car for 10 months before this happened. I've done the proper maintenance to it, ie. Oil changes. And the place where the car is currently sitting, they refuse to honor my extended warranty due to sludge build up.
2001 Concorde 2.7 engine failed in traffic causing close call for accident but was able to get it off road for towing to garage, found "0" oil pressure 72,135 miles.
I was driving at 65 mph on the turnpike and the car loss compression. I heard something clanking around and I was able to pull off the road. The mechanic said it spun a rod and the crankshaft is damage.
