There has been a recall on this vehicle (which I never received) while it has been at the dealer a 2nd recall to fix what the 1st recall didn't fix. Now they want a $1000 to fix the vehicle but claim that it isn't under recall for the problem. The floor shifter/pin/cable assembly unit. Also the transmission previous complaint # ag#200510260.
NHTSA recall 04V021000 regarding the floor shift ignition park interlock. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for the recall. The mechanic replaced the load-limiting floor shifter lever. The consumer stated a portion of the statement was inaccurate.
