1999 Chrysler concord with engine problems customer wants the blue book value for the car from the dealership* the consumer stated the engine had to rebuilt due to sludge build-up. A mechanic informed the consumer, the vehicle was built with a faulty oil pump, which was too small for the engine. The front seat belt retractor were replaced.
