The contac owns a 1997 Chrysler concord. The body mount on the vehicle wore out, and the contact was concerned that if the vehicle got into an accident the body would disconnect from the frame. The manufacturer stated that there was nothing they could to to repair the body mount. The contact has pictures of the vehicle. The current and failure mileage was 112,000.
Floor on driver's side will get flooded each time that it rained. Dealer can not find out where water is coming from. Then, there will be a mildew smell.
The consumer noticed that vehicle was sold with big dents in the body of vehicle, manfacturer agreed to fix the dents in the sheet metal. The manufacturer has been contacted. Consumer learned of the defective roof ripples.
