Consumer states that the vehicle was involved in a low impact aacident of 5 mph 0R less and both air bags deployed. Dealer notified. Consumer suffered hearing loss due to the sound emmitted from the air bags when they opened. Chrysler has declined any responsibility.
Owner put the vehicle in drive while foot was still on the brakes and the vehicle accelerated forward and hit a car and a garage wall, and neither driver's or passenger's side airbags deployed. Dealer said there was nothing wrong with the car.
Consumer hit a tree head on traveling about 30-40 mph, and there was no deployment of the driver's or passenger's air bags. The vehicle is being repaired.
