Transmission stopped functioning at 65 mph. Vehicle was towed to salem Chrysler/Plymouth in dayton, Ohio. Tow truck driver reported that the dealership had five other Concordes in for service with the same problem. Service manager at dealership would only acknowledge that they have had "some problems" with transmissions in the Concorde line, but was quick to point that my vehicle was out of warranty. A salesman at another Chrysler dealership in Ohio was advised of my breakdown without any reference to the vehicle, when he responded, " what does he have, a 95 or 96 Concorde?". this seems to be a known problem among Chrysler dealerships.
