Brakes-driving on several occasions brakes will make a grinding sound and go to the floor, and will finally stop. Had brakes replaced often, because they wear down often. Battery- had to replace battery several times, because something causes battery to go dead. Engine-driving at different speeds or sitting at stop signs and lights car will stall withot warning, took car to the shop, could not find problem, also called manufacture. Electrical system-gas gauge shows empty when car is full, check engine light comes on, radio in car would go off when you hit a bump, finally stop working, dash lights come on and off. Air conditioner-have had several problems with air conditioner, have had different parts replaced, when sitting with air on car tries to go died. Transmission- car leaks fluid, can't find spot, while driving up a hill transmission will slip is hard to pull, have had many problems out of car and sent to car repair shop many times.
The vehicle simply stalled and would not start again. The distributor and distributor rotor have been replaced. The car ran for one day then stalled again and won't start. We are taking it back now for more work and it only has 51,000 miles on it!
My 1995 Chrysler Cirrus, with 92,000 miles, has had some engine damage in result in an fire erruption. My car spent 5 1/2 months in an Chrysler dealership and when I got it back it ran for less than 30 days. It has had multiple failures including electrical, engine, and vibration. I found that this car run fine until this incident. It has also come to my attention that NHTSA has a recall 96V006 for the same very problem that I am experiencing. Please help me and my attorney to resolve this matter. Thank you, cathy gifford my attorney is mark stewart, 300 South college St., winchester, tn 37398. ( 931-967-4303)
While driving at 65 mph the engine started running rough/ idled and lost power. Vehicle has been to the repair shop 15 times, and the dealer couldn't determine the cause of the problem.
While driving at any rate of speed vehicle will randomly lose power. Also the vehicle idles to very high RPM. Dealer unable to find find or correct the problem.
Have had problems with routine servicing on many occasions. Cracked housing occureed after warranty over. Don't think something of this magnitutde should occur with 3-year old car.
While drivng vehicle stalls tachometer needles moves, but there is no movement of vehicle while in gear. Problem is intermittent. Dealers cannot find problem.
