I hate my car it is JUNK. I got it two years ago right at 100,000 miles and it ran great. The cruse control stopped working it got stuck so on the freeway my car would not slow down it got faster and faster I had to pop it in neutral to get it to stop. I have had the timing belt changed as well as numerous things done to it. I started to die on while in drive. It would die every four blocks it was so bad that I started to walk every place. I decided to take it to the shop and the yoyo who worked on said it was the the timing so she changed it, then it was the computer and it died some more, so it was not that, so he changed the fuel filter, still could not figure out what was going on with it, I took it to a new mechanic who hooked it up to a computer and discovered that it is the fuel Pump, so I had that replaced, it still is shutting off when I accelerate too fast. Only in town and on the highway . I am out of money and options does any one have a clue, as to why the computer is not reading any additional problems? Sometimes the radio stops working too. I was told by my "new Mechanic that it will take a few days for the computer chip in the Fuel Pump to work with my car so if it dies any more don't panic and give it a few days. I gave him $466.00 for parts and labor and he is a indepandant mechanic. I could cry I had to get a loan from the bank to get the pump replaced.
