After applying brakes ABS system did not release after each brake application which caused brakes to fail and the vehicle to fishtail, resulting in a collision. Consumer states the brake lines collapse, rear brake adjusters failed.
When driving at any speed and making making any type of turn there is a loud knocking noise coming from the front of the vehicle, and when applying for the brakes the noise is there.
Braking system malfunctioned, causing the brake pads to burn out, also, a fire broke out due to brake fluid leaking out from a hose and spraying onto pads.
While driving at a low rate of speed, the brakes were applied, the pedal went to the floor, resulting in extended stopping distances, causing the vehicle to collide. Owner states that vehicle's ABS system was replaced prior to collision. The dealer will be notified.
