The Aspen has dual control for heat and air on the passenger and driver, one side might be on air conditioning or heat and then the windows instantly start to fog. The only way I found to correct is to pull over, shut car off for at least 30 seconds which seems to solve the problem until it decides to do it again. This is an unsafe driving condition when the windows start to fog and in the middle of winter with 2 kids in the back seat trying to keep them warm. Happens intermittently and dealer could not diagnose.
