2001 Chrysler 300M suffered from seat recliner bolt breakage in December 2008 after 03V035000 campaign was supposedly completed by dealer in 2003. Paid to have repaired again as dealer said it had been fixed.
The consumer received a recall notice. The consumer called the dealer and was told to come in on the 28th. Upon arriving and waiting for over an hour, the consumer was told to call back in two weeks to check on parts. The recall was fixed on 5/15/03
