Consumer received recall notice 00V034000 concerning seat belt mounting bolts. Called dealer to set up an appointment. Dealer stated did not have part, had to order part to match interior. Consumer called dealer twice within 3 weeks about recall.dealer did not state when part will be in.
Massey Chrysler @ daytona beach, fl mechanic and boby manager stated that Chrysler changed the restraints on the car. So that if you were hit from behind that the seat belt would not hold you from hitting the steering wheel.
