Why are the door panel glue coming undone on both front door panels. It's very unsightly and keeps me from rolling down my windows. Now the back door panel on passenger side is coming unglued as well. Everybody wants to charge you $300 in labor alone.

I am severely concerned for the safety of myself, my children and the other children I transport in my vehicle. On any given day I have myself plus four others in my car as I am constantly driving kids to/from school and various other extra curricular activities. The doors are wrapping and the panels are coming off. This is not safe as it no doubt deters the proper deployment of airbags. If they do not deploy correctly this could result in a fatality. Chrysler needs to be held accountable in fixing this issue. Do they not value their customer's lives and safety?

I have been a long time owner of Chrysler and Dodge vehicles which involved purchasing the extended warranty and this is unacceptable. While safety is my number one concern, it is not the only problem the defective door panels are causing. It is giving my car intermittent issues with the door locks, thus the anti theft mechanisms are not up to par. I've been dealing with this for a while now, with the first recorded issue to the dealership on 11/10/2020. In the initial report (#649999/1) from said date the tech states that the door panels are flexed/bowed out and require replacement to be able to align properly. Since then, all four doors are experiencing this problem. I do not feel safe in this vehicle and I cannot and should not have to pay out of pocket to fix Chrysler's defectiveness.

I just feel this part of the vehicle should not have failed ever, there are many vehicles on the road that are much older where this part has not failed. I also feel it is FCA's responsibility to provide a product free of defects and repair or replace the defective pieces.
