This problem is all over the internet for 2006 models, however you see many with the same problem with different years. The problem with not having an 06 is that Chrysler will not even consider covering it under the lifetime warranty given to 06 customers, and its the same f*cking problem! Third repair in 2 months and again my extended warranty company does not cover these parts, never buy one again, I did this time against my better judgment. I had to fix it so they replaced the fuel tank. I could not replace the charcoal canister because it is on national back order with no ETA. Mechanic told me that it should dry out and be fine. Well guess what? two days later it did the same sh*t. I went online to find the charcoal canister and found one on EBay, bought, had it installed and it drove for a week and a half and was fine. Guess what? The piece of sh*t did it again! So is the new tank defective? Are the repairs that I paid for not correct? They act like they don't know what I am talking about at the Chrysler dealership, like they have not seen this problem before. This is a safety hazard and hopefully more people will report this issue. I have never owned a Chrysler, and I will never own one again.

The car has been into Chrysler dealership and they can't find the problem either through diagnostics or by examination!! Car has been stationary ever since. If Chrysler cant fix it, there's not much hope!

Beautiful looking car completely wasted and just rotting away because they don't know what's wrong.
