Before it totally failed the car showed the CEL. We had the car towed from Tampa (had been to a Rays game) to Sanford FL by AAA It was dropped at the dealer late Sunday night. Nothing was done until late Monday when they started testing the battery. On Tuesday I was told he battery was fine. I already knew that, it had been tested in Tampa. Wednesday troubleshooting of the real problem began. They ordered the replacement TIPM Wednesday late. We got the car back on Saturday. How in the world this thing is worth 1200 bucks escapes me . On top of the cost, the service people should have known about TIPM issues and looked at it first.
