Alright, from day one I loved this car and treated like it made of solid gold, religious oil changes, maintenance and just generally taking over good care of it because I want it to last. at 60k it had a bad coil...ok I can deal with that, at 65k the shifter broke, I can deal with that, at 70 the entire front end needed to be replaced, bearings, hubs, tie rods, CV joints etc. now after dumping thousands of dollars into the car and it having just over 100k miles on it...........the motor is shot? you have got to be kidding me! you would expect that a car that was well taken care of its entire life would get more than 100k miles out of a motor!

I guess I can stop wondering why people don't buy american cars! I have a Honda I paid $7500 for brand new and it lasted to 350,000 miles! yeah 350,000 and I pay over 40,000 for a "nice" American car and it is a broke down piece of yard art after 100k miles....WTF is wrong here?
