My Chrysler 300C clear coat started flaking off in 2014, took it to the dealership, and they repainted the areas on the hood and front fenders where this was happening, at their expense. They also mentioned to me at that time that there was a problem with the clear coat for that model year on those vehicles. Now, two years later, regardless of the miles on my car which I meticulously took car of maintaining, inside and out, there are now areas on the entire car with the clear coat flaking or peeling off. These areas also include the ones they just repainted and clear coated 2 years ago. Chrysler really needs to step up their game, and admit they were, and may still be using an insignificant or cheaper quality clear coat. They should be honest and take care of repainting and clear coating my car with no charge to me. It should be a recall, just like they had to do years back on I believe the Dodge Ram pick-up and another model dodge car (which I can't recall that model at this time).
