when putting vehicle in gear from park to drive there is a clucking souk in the rea end such as the ring and (differential ) pinion gears or cv boots Carl Burger Dodge put a rea end in the car and it still doing it they stated that they can not or it NORMAL NOISE. I have return the car at least four time for the same noise each time one guy or the other heard it but they can not repair... I 'am afraid it the differential will go out at high speed and cause a accidennt, this first appear in the first few in 2019 and is still present.
I bought this brand new Chrysler 300 ltd and it only has 7,100 miles on it. The car has a severe shifting issue going up and down thru the gears. Vibration, hesitation and jerking. My wife will not drive the car because she feels it is dangerous to Transport the grand kids in. I have taken it back T the dealer many times and they tell me its within factory standards and they all shift like that. Now that is difficult to believe. How can I get in contact with a real Chrysler factory tech rep to drive this car and evaluate ?
