I have an extended warranty for 8yrs/100,000 miles. I bought the car used in the summer of 2019. I noticed the front passenger door warping in May 2024 and seems to be getting worse. I take care of my car and this makes it look bad. I need to take it to the dearler for another issue and will ask them about this. I am sure they are going to tell me it is not covered. I am ready to fight for this. This is obviously defective materials.
Started with only drivers door separated, now all 4 doors are... it looks awful. Only have 45k. Miles and keep my car detailed and up to date. Local Chrysler dealership said... sorry not covered by warranty. Can't help you. I want it fixed!!!
I have had older vehicles in better condition. And I take good care of my vehicle. It socks to be paying for something that looks like crap and is only 4 years old. Also I'm the only owner. Bought it new.

Very disappointed in Chrysler - they should fix these issues. This will be the last Dodge Chrysler product I ever buy and I’ll tell everyone I can not to buy they products.
I have been a fan of 300s for as long as I can remember. This is my second 300 sports edition and I was so excited - and it has been nothing but disappointment after disappointment. I had a 2013 prior to my 2018 and I had only one issue with that car and it was my Bluetooth/hands off feature. I couldn’t ever use it after one week of owning it… but this 2018 has been so tacky and so many problems. The warping door panels is hideous. I don’t know about anyone else but when you pay close to $30,000 for a car, you expect it to continue to look bad ass the entire time you own it, unless of course accidents happen etc.
I am a travel nurse and the first week I came down to Florida I noticed the panels warping. I was so confused at first. I had never seen anything like it so I wasn’t sure what to do. I took it to a body shop and they told me it was so common in these cars that they never have the parts to replace them. I was beyond upset. I finally stopped working 50+ hours at the hospital to take a little break and only work 38….so I finally have time to contact everyone I can to bring attention to this bulls*** and let Chrysler Dodge know that I’m gonna harass them until I get this fixed.
I had been looking for a car for a couple of months and had no luck, but in June 2021 I came across this beautiful red 2018 300 Chrysler and just felt in love with the car I called the dealer right away and made appointment to go see, and I purchase the car the same day. A couple of weeks later I noticed the door panel on the passenger side for both front and back doors started to melt and warp. It got so bad that I do not even want to open my windows is embarrassing! I love my car but the panel melting makes it look ugly and makes me mad that I did not see that when I purchase the vehicle, I want a new panels for my doors!
