Rear passenger door panel warped..Going to have to pay out of pocket for the replacement..Front Driver and Front Passenger were replaced, while vehicle was under factory warranty still a couple of yrs back, so there was no charges...I feel that Chrysler should replace these door panels at no charge to the owners...

The problem existed when we bought the car, the dealer tried to fix it but couldn't repair them and would have to order them but thought there was a recall for the defect and you mentioned that there is so we are filing through you.

I didn't realize it was a widespread issue until I was searching for ways to fix it or see what caused it. Now, I am pretty pissed to find out it is a common issue. The makers should be held liable and fix all the affected cars. Since it's not just a one off, the damage is not from the consumer, but the supplier and manufacturer.

interior door panels are separating

A $ 30000 car and after 3 years all the door panels are separating at windows. Looks absolutely horrible from the outside. Dealer says the car is out of warranty so I’m stuck now. They told me the only way to fix it is to replace the panels and it’s pricey. From what I’ve read it’s an ongoing problem with the Chrysler 300 and I feel Chrysler should make good on it.

Update from Oct 27, 2020 How do I become part of the lawsuit?
