This problem is really random and has occurred less since the latest software update. Occasionally, I will put my car in reverse and the backup camera will display a green screen on my display, or it will look like an old tv screen with no signal (think fuzzy lines on a TV). It will work correctly if I turn the car off and then open and close the trunk. There was one time that it was completely black but the green screen and TV lined screen are more common.
