I PAID OVER 20,000 FOR THIS CAR. IT IS NOT EVEN 10 YRS OLD AND LOOKS LIKE CRAP INSIDE. THE PASSENGER PANEL HAS SEVERLY WARPENED. THERE IS A LARGE GAP BETWEEN THE WINDOW AND DOOR PANEL. I KNOW THIS CANNOT BE SAFE AND WILL EVENTUALLY AFFECT THE AIR BAG AND THE FUNCTIONING OF THE WINDOW. VERY CHEAP PARTS WERE PLACED ON THESE CARS. THERE NEEDS TO BE A RECALL AND THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SEVERELY HURT OR IT RESULTS IN A DEATH.

My door panels are removing from my door and my car isn't that old and it's garage kept... this definitely has to be a defect and I'm really wanting someone to help me with this.

The doors begin to warp at the end of the summer of 2017. I took it into the dealership in November 2017. I filed my first formal complaint in January 2018. As you can see it is not 2021 and nothing was ever done, except the problem got worse. They wanted me to pay for a diagnostic test for them to look at an obvious issue that the service manager told me was a problem.

I do not like driving my Chrysler 300 because they refused to fix and blamed my small children (which I have none) of causing the damage. The dealership where I purchased the car said it was an issue, but my car was just out of its warranty. Now the back doors are beginning to warp. I absolutely hate it. I received no help from Chrysler, only blame. I trusted them only because I had a Chrysler prior to this purchase, but this was clearly a mistake.
