This is a defect known to Chrysler. I spoke to the service department at the dealership where I bought the car new and have it serviced and was told it wasn't covered. I called Chrysler customer service and was told that it wasn't in warranty. This "Pentastar Tick" is an ongoing problem that Chrysler fails to address. As soon as I can find out how to become a part of the lawsuit I intend to join. I have been a loyal Chrysler customer for many years, but my next car will be another brand!
