The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that the driver's seat moved forward when the brake pedal was depressed. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for inspection and the contact was informed that the driver's seat base needed to be replaced. The driver's seat was not replaced. The manufacturer and dealer were not contacted. The failure mileage was 55,000.
